I came to Australia in Aug '10 for a short term project. Its quite interesting that I am following Scrum in this project. The Scrum Project has a mix of developers, DBAs and Automated testing guys.

Agile Automation with Scrum - Workshop
Conducted a workshop on "Agile Automation with Scrum" at Wipro Technologies, Bangalore. There were exactly 9 members (ideal for Scrum) for the workshop.
The participants are from different background and its a mix of PMs, PLs, and PEs. Simulated Scrum Activities, such as, daily stand-ups, creating product backlogs, sprint backlogs, etc. were taken place in the training.
The main focus of this workshop is how to implement Automated Regression Testing projects in Agile/Scrum environment. The session was very lively and interactive. Participants were highly charged with Scrum....
